Thin ice on Choate pond.

It stayed frozen the whole day.

Beautiful weekend,

And difficult re-entry.

Just can't get focused.

My throat is raspy,

And I'm feeling kind of off.

Day 26 Two Thanksgiving Haikus

Thanksgiving splendor

Turkey opium and beer

All gustatory

And here's to Brussels,

Who's sprouts many people love, 

But I will not eat.

Day 25 Oakland St. Cemetery Haiku

Good to see the Huns 

Can still manage to find work.

Though on a small scale.

Day 24 Squirrel Ingenuity Haiku

Squirrels have been busy.

I didn't know they did this,

I drink to the squirrels. 

Day 23 Punctuation Protest Haiku (way too high concept)

On first the whole time.

That bastard knew all along!

Day 22 Something I Did Out of Sheer Curiosity Haiku

I ate a McRib.

Can't say I'm proud of the fact.

It wasn't worth it.

Day 21 Mall Haiku

Christmas at the maul.

It only comes once a year.

Day 20 Tired Haiku

So damn fucking tired.

Everything in me goes flop.

Entertain me box!
